Antique Tibetan Bowls!
Hand picked and sounded by a trained musicologist traveling the mountain kingdoms of Asia, finding the oldest, most harmonic bowls available. These bowls are each from 200-300 years old and contain several metals, carrying the high wisdom and prayers of our ancestors.
Since ancient times, dating back to the era of the Buddha Shakyamuni (2,500 years ago) Tibetan singing bowls like these have been used to enhance meditative states and speed the attainment of enlightenment. Now you can experience the transformational power of an unparalleled collection of antique Tibetan singing bowls recently collected in the Himalayas.

Playing Crystal Singing Bowls:
Anyone can use these bowls; they do not require a lot of instruction. Playing a bowl each day while singing or humming with its tone can be extremely nourishing, meditative, and relaxing.
Begin by taking a few deep breaths and centering yourself. With the mallet, strike the outside of the bowl as you focus on your intent and slowly rub the end of the mallet around the outside edge of the bowl. Adjust the speed to create a smooth or “seamless” motion of sound. Keep focus on your intent and play for as long as you like. As you remove the mallet sit in silence for awhile and allow the tonal healing to settle in. Playing a bowl is also an excellent way to focus before enjoying your meditation session or as a meditation session itself.
Precautions:
• The bowls are not intended as toys. Never allow children to play the bowls unsupervised. • Never play with someone’s head closer than 12" to a bowl. • Never play the bowls too close to one another as they may shatter. Allow at least 12" in between each bowl while sounding.
